This is a quality replacment with re-engineered components.  Designed and manufactured in the UK by Mike Satur since 2001.  
The O.E parts rely on plastic ball sockets which should be lubricated periodically, invaribably this isn't done at the service intervals. The plastic sockets once worn will throw out the mating parts rendering the linkage inoperable. This always happens when it rains!
I re-engineered the parts some 20 plus years ago and once replaced they should last indefinately. All parts supplied by me will carry a 5 year warranty. The rods are made with adjustable LH threaded ends to allow backlash to be adjusted and the sealed rod ends prevent dust and water ingress to the moving parts.
