E-Mails
Although we have an e-mail facility this is not for general advice about problems with cars so don't be surprised if you do not get a reply. This is not being discourteous but merely being practical about the growing number of e-mails that make it impossible to answer every one.
We cannot supply extensive details about every product e.g. material specification.
E-mails can take up to 4 weeks to reply to depending on the complexity or the context of the enquiry. Our advise is to keep the questions concise and to the point. If you are enquiring about cost of shipping then state the parts you require, the year and model of the car with the exact address you want the parts sending to.
We cannot give estimates for damaged cars without seeing the car, digital pictures are acceptable.
If you have a dispute with your garage then we recommend that you contact trading standards or join the RAC, AA or seek advice from a solicitor. We do not offer a legal service but can give a technical report in the event of a dispute, this carries a cost depending on the time taken.
The cars we specialise in are shown on the home page, we do not work on any other variants such as Golfs, Novas, or the like.
We do not know if our products will fit other cars unless otherwise stated and in any event do not recommend the alteration or modification of parts to make them fit other vehicles.
Some parts are shown on our web pages but may not be in the price list this generally means they have been withdrawn, under re-development or for reference only.
